The plant maca has a radish-like root that is used as a food and for medicinal purposes. The researches made on Maca have demonstrated its huge amounts of nutritive elements. Maca contains a rich supply of amino acids, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and zinc.

La racine de Maca est un complément alimentaire au même titre que le ginseng, le ginkgo biloba, l'éleutherocoque, l'ashwaghanda, etc., ses effets énergétiques sont plus puissants grâce à son action directe sur le système endocrinien. Le produit se présente sous la forme de farine c'est à dire d'une poudre 100% pure, déshydratée, micropulvérisée et stabilisée, à consommer mélangée à une boisson non alcoolisée (eau sucrée, lait, jus de fruit, thé, café, soupe, etc.), ou "à sec" avec des aliments (ne pas faire cuire).
